5:15-7:15 PM - Distribution

Food to You, also known as the mobile food pantry, is a food distribution ministry operated by Charis Ministry Partners. Its purpose is to get groceries to those who need them by distributing them in the neighborhoods where the need is greater. Distributions are held four times a month after working hours to make it more accessible for families, and include a variety of healthy, fresh, and frozen food options.

Gloria Dei has the opportunity to serve with this organization twice per year. We help with the setup and the distribution of products from the “pantry”. Elementary aged children can work alongside an adult and middle school students just need adult supervision.

Gloria Dei will also be collecting pasta to distribute the night we volunteer. The pasta can be dropped off at the Gloria Dei collection benches located inside the south entrance of the church.
Thank you for volunteering with Food to You. Locate the time and role you are interested in serving below. Fill in your name and email and hit the PURPLE submit button.  Submit information for each person planning to volunteer.
