GO:Journey of Hope

Journey of Hope strives to meet people on life’s path, providing necessities, connection, and uplifting experiences to take on the journey. Journey of Hope provides hope and support to the community through hygiene kits, art programs, and encouragement.
Gloria Dei will be supporting this ministry by filling hygiene bags at St. John America Lutheran Church, located at 1912 W 13th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 - the corner of 13th St and Western Ave. The hygiene bag contains products such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, period products, and a new pair of socks and are provided to youth and families experiencing hygiene insecurity in southeastern South Dakota at no cost.
We will also be collecting travel size shampoo (adult and children) as well as feminine hygiene products. The donations can be dropped off at the donation benches located by the main entrance on the south side of Gloria Dei.
