Schedule:
- Depart at 6am
- Check in at 10am at Valleyfair
- Lunch provided at the buses (sack lunch; if your student prefers to bring their own lunch, that is okay)
- Leave Valleyfair at 6pm
- Stop for supper as we leave town
- Need money for supper
- arrive back in Sioux Falls around 10:30-11pm

Provided:
- Ticket to Park (rides and water park)
- All Day Drink Ticket
- Lunch
- Coach bus to Valleyfair

Bring:
- Money for Supper and any extras in the park
- Lunch if you don’t want to eat a sack lunch
- Swimsuit and Towel
- Sunscreen
- Snacks for the bus ride
- Blanket and Pillow for bus (if wanted)

In the event that I am not immediately available for consultation in an emergency, I authorize an adult, in whose care my child has been entrusted, to consent to any X-ray examination, anesthetic, medical, surgical or dental diagnosis or treatment, and hospital care, to be rendered to my child under the general or special supervision and on the advice of any licensed physician or dentist on the medical staff of a licensed hospital, whether such diagnosis or treatment is rendered at the office of said physician or at said hospital. I shall be liable and agree to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical and dental services rendered to my child pursuant to this authorization.

- be responsible for 6-8 youth to check-in with at Valleyfair
- help while in the buses to remind youth of good behavior
- help serve lunch
- have fun with awesome youth!!
