Each part has a GREEN "Submit" button. You will see instructions for how to enter additional adults or students in the same areas after you've clicked "Submit."
When all sections have been completed, remember to continue to the bottom of the page to click the final RED "Submit" button.

OPTIONAL: Students attending Harvey Dunn, John Harris, Robert Frost, Ben Reifel or Patrick Henry AND enrolled in Wenesday Chruch School or Confirmation may register to ride of the Marshmallow Bus/van.
The bus/van picks them up after school and transports them to Gloria Dei for Wednesday activities.
